Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by EXTREME TRAINING EQUIPMENT within 30 days of receipt for store credit only, less shipping and handling. Refunds are issued for products that were out of stock. Refunds are processed once products are received in house and are accounted for. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of customer receipt. Exchanges will need to be sent back to EXTREME TRAINING EQUIPMENT at the customer's expense. If the error is on behalf of EXTREME TRAINING EQUIPMENT, then EXTREME TRAINING EQUIPMENT will cover the shipping cost. Special order or custom color items cannot be returned or refunded.
