Can I purchase in-person?

Yes, you do not need to order online. You can walk in any location and purchase in-person. Please call the location to confirm stock.

When can I expect my order to be ready for pickup?

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your order for store pickup at all locations except Commerce. Orders for pick up at Commerce are processed in 2-3 business days. We transfer orders from our main warehouse to our other locations. You will be contacted via email or phone call once your order is ready for pickup.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Please allow 7-10 business days to process smaller FedEx/UPS packages. Please allow 7-14 business days to process larger orders that ship LTL freight.

Will my order freight order be delivered inside?

No, all freight orders are curbside delivery only. No inside deliveries.

Do I need to be present to receive my freight delivery?

An adult must be present to accept and sign for a freight delivery. Freight orders are shipped with appointment delivery. The freight company will contact you in advance to set a delivery date.

Can I cancel my order?

We offer store credit only or exchange for any cancelled order.

Can I add to my order if it has not shipped yet?

Yes, please send us a email if you want to adjust your order. Shipping charges are subject to change depending on the equipment size and weight.

Does my equipment come with warranty?

Yes, 30 days warranty for all products unless otherwise stated. Steel frames have lifetime warranty. Paint/power coating is not warrantied. Cables, parts, pads are warrantied 1 year. Barbells have a 1 year manufacturer defect warranty. Weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, plates) have a 90 day manufacturer defect warranty. Warranty is void if equipment is not properly used or maintained.
