Shipping & Delivery
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and Freight. Shipping rates are subject to change going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Freight addresses are confirmed by our shipping team at the time the order is ready to ship. Additional fees are due if a alternate ship to address is requested while the freight is in route. Freight will be held at the nearby terminal until the fee is paid by the customer. Freight carriers only drop off curbside, they will not bring the shipment into your garage, home or facility. All freight shipments require a valid telephone number. You will be contacted in advance by the carrier to make sure you are present to receive the shipment. If the freight carrier cannot reach you, your order will only be held at the nearby terminal for 48 hours before accumulating storage fees. You will be responsible for the storage fees and return shipment fees if you are unable to receive the shipment.

ETE Fitness Superstore, Inc. is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share this information with anyone. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information will be used for the delivery of these items.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by EXTREME TRAINING EQUIPMENT within 30 days of receipt for store credit only, less shipping and handling. There will be a 30% restocking fee for any returned items. Pre order items cannot be refunded. Store credit is processed once products are received in house and are accounted for. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of customer receipt. Exchanges will need to be sent back to EXTREME TRAINING EQUIPMENT at the customers expense. If the error is on behalf of EXTREME TRAINING EQUIPMENT, then EXTREME TRAINING EQUIPMENT will cover the shipping cost. Special order or custom color items cannot be returned or refunded.
Items not in stock are labeled as "PRE ORDER" or items made to order labeled as "4-6 weeks lead time." Time frames are estimated to the best of our abilities. Operations at the port are out of our control. We appreciate your patience during this time.
