The smith functional double sided machine is a full commercial 3 in 1 machine: 

Squat rack with lower band pegs + spotter arms, functional trainer (dual cable) and smith machine.

A true all-in-1 gym, the PL7320H smith functional double sided provides you with the options to perform compound exercises with the squat rack such as squats, bench presses, overhead press, inverted rows, pull ups and more. 

Using the functional trainer you can perform resistance training such as tricep extension, bicep curl, lat pulldown, chest press, squats, rows, deltoid raise, leg exercises and more.

The smith machine includes safety stoppers in the event you cannot complete your exercise. You can safely perform exercises such as squat, bench press, hip thrust, rows, lunges, overhead press, calf raise and more.
