Our adjustable bench RR-FW is ideal for any commercial or home gym with space efficiency in mind because it comes with a built in stand to allow you to store the bench upright. The long pad is adjustable up to 8 positions (0 to 85 degrees) and the seat is adjustable up to 3 positions (0 to 30 degrees) to allow for a wide range of workouts. Handle and wheels are included for easy mobility. The pad width is 12"
