Train you lower body with our plate loaded Belt Squat. This machine utilizes a 3-position belt hook system that adjusts to the user's height. As well as a wide padded belt that attaches to the user's hip to offer resistance in order to minimize strain or injury on the spine. The knurled metal handles provide firm grip and extra support while training. The dual resistance band pegs allow the user to loop resistance bands around the belt or frame in order to increase tension and resistance for optimal training.
