Our hack squat is full commercial grade. The hack squat uses 45 degree linear bearings for a smooth range in motion while strengthening your quads and hamstrings. Our hack squat uses an adjustable oversized, textured foot plate to accommodate users of different heights and for narrow to wide foot placement.
