The hack squat features a 5 level adjustable bottom stop for multiple squat depth options and to reduce overextension. The shoulder pads are contoured to reduce pressure on your shoulders. The foot plate is wide and diamond plated for stability and allows for multiple squat stances. The hack squat comes with a easy to reach safety hook control lever.
