Build and strengthen your glutes with our plate loaded Hip Thruster. This machine utilizes a high-elastic resistance belt instead of the traditional barbell setup. This band uses a quick release buckle for a quick and smooth transition in-between reps. This machine also features an anti-slip footplate that offers extra stability while training. The band pegs allow for a resistance band to be looped alongside the plate to increase tension and resistance for optimal training. This machine also comes with built in transport wheels for easy arrangement in any gym space.
