The arm motion path creates a natural trajectory to target your upper chest and comfortable on your shoulders during the press. The pivot points use commercial bearings for a smooth range of motion during the press. Each arm moves independently to allow you to focus on equal muscle development. The handles contain rubber grips for comfort and the seat is adjustable to accommodate users of different heights.
