The Incline Olympic Bench Press is a plate loaded incline bench press that is designed for isolated chest strengthening. This bench features a 30° incline back pad that effectively targets the desired upper chest muscles. The seat pad adjusts to 7 positions to accommodate users of different heights. The short two-heigh barbell hooks accommodate users with different arm lengths. The three level removable safety arms provide extra security while training.
