The chest pad is adjustable for different arm lengths/preferred range of motion while the adjustable, extended seat helps support multiple torso angles to target different areas of your back. Each arm on the iso lateral seated row machine moves independently to promote equal development of your traps, lats and rhomboids. The wide, textured footplates assist with desired positioning to maximize the row output.  The weight stack is 200lbs at 1:1 ratio.
