The pads can quickly be adjusted for seated leg press workouts or hack squat workouts ensuring you are able to target your quads, hamstrings and glutes with ease. The leg press hack squat features a wide, two position foot plate for narrow to wide foot placements. The top foot plate is used to target glutes and the bottom foot plate to target quadriceps. The seat and shoulder pads feature a 9 position forward/backward adjustment while the back pad features a 5 position angle adjustment to accommodate users of different heights. The leg press hack squat uses high quality linear bearings for a smooth range of motion. The weight stack is 308lbs at 1:1 ratio.
