Plate Loaded Low Row

Build a stronger upper back and upper body with our plate loaded low row machine. Each arm moves independently to allow you to pull with both arms at the same time or single arm exercises. The low row machine's range of motion is opposite of a decline press, promoting ideal push/pull strength training. The seat is adjustable from 21" to 29" to accommodate users of different heights.
