Tricep Pressdown

Our plate loaded triceps press down is designed to target your triceps and lower pectoral muscles. Each arm moves independently to allow you to focus on improving strength in both arms equally. The tricep press down comes with 2 long, rubber coated handles to accommodate different arm lengths. The handles also rotate 180 degrees giving you the option for a narrow grip to focus on tricep development or a wide grip to target your lower chest. The seat is adjustable to accommodate users of different heights.
