V Squat

The V squat is the ideal machine to grow your quads and glutes. Face forward to target your quads or backwards to target your glutes. The V squat comes with a oversized, non-slip diamond plated steel foot plate that allows for wide and narrow stances. The foot plate can be adjusted up to 7 different angles for your desired comfort and it provides a more natural squat movement while reducing stress on your spine.
