2 Prong Hercules Heavy Duty Weight Sled Perfect for strength, conditioning, and endurance training. Push, pull, drag, row on most surfaces such as gravel, pavement, concrete, grass, and turf. Compact design with removable handles and posts to allow for easy transportation. Commercial Quality, Made in the USA Made with 3" x 3" sq. tubing 11 gauge steel 7" wide plate (1/4" thick) that are replaceable if you ever wear down the plate. Dimensions: 31" L X 40" W 39" from the floor to top of the prongs. Two prongs are removable.
